Only in the UAE 2
Just down the road from our house is a very convenient lay-bye for picking up taxis, however that is not it's official use. This road was completed probably over 15 years ago when every need was catered for....... 
the problem is that Abu Dhabi still doesn't have a bus service!

well, it does.. but it isnt as well advertised and doesnt have the 'glam factor' of its dubaian counterpart.
i wasn't aware that dubai's busses were glamourous!
