Water can often be seen in roundabout architecture of the UAE.



However.....


this raised greenhouse is rather unusual. I'm not sure if this is meant to be picturesque or useful putting plants inside a glass building on a roundabout seems rather odd to me especially as we never have frost and it's generally sunny during daylight hours.
